Effective: 1 July 2026
AMA — Thai-Chinese Calendar Life Planner
Effective: 1 July 2026
AMA is a life-planning calendar and self-discovery application designed to help users plan activities, explore personal insights, and access digital content and services within the application.
This Policy establishes the rules governing the purchase, top-up, storage, and use of AMA Credits, including refunds and the handling of irregular transactions.
Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing or using AMA Credits. By purchasing or using AMA Credits, the User acknowledges and agrees to this Policy.
01 Definitions
- “AMA” means the AMA application, website, systems, and related services.
- “User” means any person who registers for, accesses, or uses AMA.
- “AMA Credit” or “Credit” means a digital credit that may be purchased or received and used to unlock or access specified digital content, functionality, or services within AMA.
- “Paid Credit” means a Credit purchased using real money through a payment channel authorized by AMA and the applicable platform.
- “Bonus Credit” means a Credit granted free of charge by AMA through a promotion, campaign, reward, compensation, or other promotional activity.
02 Nature of AMA Credits
AMA Credits represent a limited right to use digital services within AMA.
AMA Credits:
- Are not cash
- Are not deposits
- Are not electronic money or bank accounts
- Are not cryptocurrency or investment assets
- Do not earn interest or returns
- Have no value outside AMA
- Must not be used for gambling or wagering
- Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law
- Cannot be sold, rented, transferred, exchanged, or gifted to another User
- Cannot be used to pay for products or services outside AMA
Purchasing AMA Credits does not constitute a deposit or investment with AMA.
03 User Age and Purchase Authorization
Users must have the age and legal capacity required to enter into a transaction.
A User who is not legally able to enter into a transaction independently must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before purchasing AMA Credits.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising payment settings, passwords, authentication methods, and in-app purchases made through a minor’s device or account.
AMA may request information reasonably necessary to verify age, identity, account ownership, or authorization to use a payment method, where permitted by law and platform requirements.
04 Topping Up AMA Credits
Users may purchase AMA Credits only through the Credit purchase page in AMA and through payment channels displayed or authorized by AMA.
Purchases made on iOS or Android devices will be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment method permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
Before purchase confirmation, the system will display material information, including:
- Price
- Currency
- Number of Credits
- Bonus Credits, if applicable
- Applicable taxes or charges
- Promotion conditions and duration
- Bonus Credit expiration, if applicable
Users must review the information carefully before confirming a purchase.
The displayed price and final amount charged may vary according to country, currency, taxes, exchange rates, fees, and the payment provider’s requirements.
05 Transaction Authorization
Confirmation through a password, device code, fingerprint, facial recognition, or another authentication method used by the payment provider constitutes authorization of the transaction through that account.
Users are responsible for protecting their:
- AMA account
- Apple ID or Google Account
- Device
- Passwords
- Verification credentials
- Payment methods
AMA will not request passwords, one-time passwords, full payment-card details, or payment authentication codes through chat, email, or private messages.
06 Delivery of Credits
Credits will be added to the AMA account after the system receives confirmation that payment has been successfully completed.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:
- Platform review
- Payment processing delays
- Network connectivity
- Security checks
- Review of an irregular transaction
If a User is charged but does not receive the Credits, the User must contact Customer Support and provide:
- Order or transaction number
- Transaction date and time
- Credit package purchased
- Amount paid
- Relevant AMA account
- Receipt or evidence from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or payment provider
Users must not provide AMA with passwords, one-time passwords, or full payment-card numbers.
07 Use of AMA Credits
Credits may be used only for digital content and services designated by AMA, including:
- Unlocking personalized analyses
- Accessing additional personal information
- Using premium planning tools
- Unlocking special content
- Using digital functions identified as requiring Credits
The number of Credits required will be displayed before the User confirms the transaction.
Once the User confirms the purchase and the content or service has been delivered, the Credits will be deducted immediately.
Users should review the item, required Credit amount, and service description before confirmation because successfully delivered transactions are generally final.
08 Order of Credit Deduction
Where a User holds multiple types of Credits, AMA may deduct them in the following order:
- Bonus Credits closest to expiration
- Other Bonus Credits
- Paid Credits
AMA may apply a different order where that order is clearly disclosed before the transaction.
09 Credit Validity
Paid Credits do not expire unless:
- An expiration condition was clearly disclosed before purchase
- Expiration is required by law
- AMA permanently discontinues the entire Service
- Another lawful and fair reason applies
Bonus Credits may expire.
AMA will display the applicable expiration date or usage conditions before or when the Bonus Credits are granted.
Expired Bonus Credits may be removed from the account and cannot be restored or redeemed for cash.
AMA will not impose an expiration period retroactively in a way that unfairly deprives Users of existing rights.
10 Credits Are Non-Transferable
AMA Credits are linked to the AMA account to which they were issued and cannot be:
- Transferred to another account
- Combined across different accounts
- Bought or sold between Users
- Exchanged with third parties
- Used as compensation between Users
- Resold through another channel
Purchasing or selling Credits outside AMA’s authorized channels violates this Policy and may expose Users to fraud.
AMA is not responsible for loss arising from unauthorized third-party Credit transactions unless applicable law provides otherwise.
11 Credit Reversals
AMA may restore Credits where:
- The system deducted Credits more than once
- Credits were deducted but the content or service was not delivered
- Purchased content could not be accessed because of an AMA system error
- A verifiable technical error caused the transaction
- AMA approves a restoration based on the individual circumstances
Restored Credits will be returned to the same AMA account used for the original transaction.
A change of mind, dissatisfaction with an analysis, or failure to receive an expected personal outcome is not grounds for a Credit restoration where the content or service was delivered as described.
12 Refunds
A refund is different from a Credit restoration.
For purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Users may be required to submit the refund request directly to the platform that processed the payment. Approval or rejection will be subject to that platform’s procedures and decision.
AMA cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved.
A refund may be considered where:
- A duplicate charge occurred
- Payment was completed but Credits were not delivered
- A system error caused the transaction
- The product or service materially differed from its pre-purchase description
- The transaction was unauthorized and sufficient evidence is available
- A refund is required by law
A change of mind after Credits have been delivered, consumed, or used to access digital content may not qualify for a refund unless otherwise required by law or the payment provider.
13 Effect of a Refund or Chargeback
Where a Credit purchase is:
- Refunded
- Cancelled
- Payment-reversed
- Charged back
- Declined
AMA may remove the Credits and related Bonus Credits from the account.
Where the Credits have already been used, AMA may:
- Adjust the balance to a negative amount
- Temporarily restrict Credit use
- Restrict purchases or access to services
- Revoke access to the related content
- Require the outstanding balance to be resolved before further Credit use
The adjustment will not exceed the Credits or benefits associated with the reversed transaction.
14 Unauthorized Transactions
Where a User identifies an unauthorized Credit purchase, the User must promptly notify:
- The Apple App Store, Google Play, or relevant payment provider
- AMA through the Customer Support channel
AMA may temporarily restrict the related Credits or account during the investigation to prevent additional use or loss.
AMA may request reasonable evidence to verify identity, account ownership, and transaction information.
15 Promotions and Bonus Credits
AMA may offer promotions that include additional Credits or Bonus Credits.
Promotion-specific terms may include:
- Promotion period
- Eligibility
- Number of Credits
- Minimum purchase amount
- Redemption limit
- Expiration date
- Eligible services
- Other relevant limitations
Bonus Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or converted into Paid Credits.
AMA may cancel Bonus Credits obtained through:
- A system error
- Exploitation of a vulnerability
- Creation of multiple accounts to obtain benefits
- Falsified information
- Violation of promotion terms
- Fraud or attempted fraud
AMA will not cancel benefits validly obtained by a User acting in good faith without a legitimate reason.
16 Unauthorized Activities
Users must not:
- Buy or sell Credits outside AMA
- Use another person’s account or payment method without permission
- Exploit an error or vulnerability to obtain Credits
- Falsify receipts or payment evidence
- Improperly charge back a purchase after using the Credits
- Use automated systems to obtain Bonus Credits
- Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions
- Alter, interfere with, or manipulate the Credit system
- Use Credits for gambling, wagering, or unlawful activities
- Mislead others regarding the purchase, sale, or distribution of Credits
17 Account and Credit Restrictions
Where AMA has reasonable grounds to believe that fraud, exploitation, or a serious Policy violation has occurred, AMA may:
- Suspend Credit purchases
- Suspend Credit use
- Temporarily suspend the account
- Remove improperly obtained Credits
- Restrict access to related services
- Terminate the account in serious or repeated cases
Removal will be limited to Credits or benefits obtained improperly unless applicable law permits otherwise.
Users may submit an explanation or appeal through [email protected].
18 Account Closure and Deletion
Before deleting an account, Users should review and use their remaining Credits.
After account deletion is completed:
- Remaining Credits may no longer be recoverable
- Credit history may be deleted or retained as required by law
- Credits cannot be transferred to a new or different account
